Urban Desert Pest Control is part of AXN Growth Partners, a growing family of local pest control brands, and in 2026 that family earned two recognitions we're genuinely proud of. AXN broke into the top 1,000 of the Inc. 5000, and the team was named one of the pest control industry's Best Places to Work by PCT. Here's the story behind both, and what it means for the homeowners we serve across the Valley.
Cracking the Inc. 5000 top 1,000
The Inc. 5000 is Inc. magazine's yearly list of the fastest-growing private companies in America, and earning a spot is competitive. Breaking into the top 1,000 is a different level entirely.
In 2026, AXN Growth Partners landed at No. 991. That's the high point of a three-year climb that started with ACTION Termite & Pest Control at No. 4,870 in 2024, rose to No. 3,466 in 2025, and cracked the top thousand this year. Along the way, ACTION grew into AXN, a platform built around strong local pest control businesses and the teams that run them, Urban Desert included.

Named a 2026 Best Place to Work by PCT
The second honor comes from PCT, short for Pest Control Technology, the trade magazine our industry has read since 1980. Its Best Places to Work program isn't a paid placement or a popularity contest. It's a research-driven award run by an independent firm, Best Companies Group, and it hinges on the people who actually do the work.
To earn a spot, leadership completes a detailed questionnaire about the company, and every employee gets to weigh in through an honest, confidential survey. Both are required. That means this recognition came straight from the team, which is exactly why it means so much.
