Well folks, 2019 was another great year for the Urban Desert Pest family. We are very happy with the successes of last year; a supportive group of long-time clients, a multitude of new clients, several pest control industry awards, and many talented new recruits added to our UDP team. There are so many things to be grateful for and as always, we’ve learned some valuable lessons along the way.

Who doesn’t love awards? We continuously strive for excellence, so someone’s bound to take notice.
The good people at Top Rated Local awarded us the Top Rated Local Business in the State of Arizona for 2019.
We’re also thrilled to have been one of the businesses selected to attend the annual Rising Star Awards event in Irving, Texas. We had an absolutely blast!
Finally, we were Included in the Expertise “Best Pest Control Companies in Phoenix” list for 2019.
Awards are fantastic. And we hope to earn more of them in the future. But at the end of the day, what matters most to us is client satisfaction. For us, it’s not about numbers. It’s about excellence.
It’s about people.
Goals for 2020
As with every year that passes, we aspire to find new ways to provide value for our clients. Our approach has never been to match the status quo. Our goal has always been to position ourselves as a leader in Arizona Pest Control and Exterminator services.
That being said, we plan on adding weed control to our list of services this fall. We’ll be sure to share more details on this soon.
In addition, we’ll be offering mosquito fogging in the spring, as well.
Our team continues to imagine new ways to enhance the quality of the services we provide.
